Your Feelgrounds are manufactured with great care. It does not happen often, but every once in a while, a bad pair of shoes slips through our quality control and makes its way to you, our customer. Our sincere apologies!

If this is the case, please reach out to us with the defect information and we’ll work with you to make it right. Please send us a picture of the defect, a picture of the tongue label, and your purchase information (your name and order details or your order number).
