After you have initiated your refund and shipped the package to us, it might take some time until the parcel arrives at our warehouse, depending on where you ship it from.
After having received the shoes, we usually process your return within three working days. You will receive an email to notify you of the approval of your refund shortly after your return has been processed.
If you have applied for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. PayPal refunds are usually processed immediately, while credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account statement. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of being notified of its issuing, please contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider.
