We manufacture your Feelgrounds with great care. Should your pair nevertheless develop a defect or doesn't last as long as it should, contact us. Please attach pictures of the defect, a picture of the tongue label, and your purchase information. We take your concerns seriously and give our best to find a solution!
Please keep in mind that Feelgrounds are made with soft and flexible materials for maximum comfort and barefoot feel, so regular wear and tear is to be expected (as it’s the case with e.g. a running shoe). We do not recommend wearing your Feelgrounds for any activities that cause high friction on the sole (e.g. sprints, going down a slide at the playground) as this can damage the soft sole.
